Los Angeles and back..

Hey guys,

As you all know I'm recently back from a trip to LA. I had a brilliant time, love that place. I had a two day photoshoot with photographer Tony Duran. His work is amazing, very creative, great for movement, a little bit crazy at times which gives him the best shots. Can't wait to see the finished product. The "Ward Team" were brilliant, thanks to Roma, Russell, Anya, Jamie and John for all the hard work and focus.

I'm back in London now and back on it. Finishing moving house, stayed the night with Faye surrounded by bags and boxes, oh the joy of moving! LOL we love our new place.

I'm meeting up with Syco next week to discuss the next steps. So glad to be home now. Body clock still a little messed up from LA but can't help the buzzing feeling I'm getting knowing I'm close to releasing my single.

Still unpacking

So I'm still getting the new apartment straightened out. It's been hard to find the time to fully unpack with my schedule getting busier and busier. I'm still waiting for my new bed and sofa and then I'll add the finishing touches. I can't wait!

No rest for the wicked though, got training to do for my long awaited photo shoot in one next week - I feel like a kid at Christmas time I'm that excited. Feeling very positive and upbeat! keep you posted.

Lovin' the sun

Hi all,

How amazing is this weather!? I hope you've managed to enjoy the sun and forgotten about the depressing World Cup result. I hear we've still got plenty of sunshine to look forward to!

My recording sessions are coming to a close and the next step is to choose the first single..exciting! Once the first single has been decided things will fall into place very soon! That's when all systems are go. There's a real buzz from myself and the label and we're very excited about my return to the stage. Seeing all of you again is a huge deal for me. I miss you all like crazy and I'm really looking forward to this.

I'm heading off to a training session now and my tune for today is Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap. I hadn't heard the track for a while until I saw them perform it at Glastonbury. Great tune! Check it out.

World Cup Diary Pt4

Hey guys,

My trip do the World Cup in South Africa is almost over. In a short period of time myself and Mark met a lot of characters from all different parts of the world. Outfits were colourful, voices were heard singing and laughing, Vuvuzella's were being blown everywhere - a deafening sound! It's been amazing.

What I loved about South Africa the most was the smiles on the children’s faces when the coaches passed their homes. Everyone was so excited and the atmosphere was amazing. Last night was our last and we decided to have a few quiet drinks. Ha, when you're in Cape Town for the World Cup the last thing you'll get is quietness!

I'm in the airport boarding soon. Look forward to getting back.

World Cup Diary Pt3

I've had an amazing time in South Africa not just at the match but with my brother. What an amazing experience we've both had! Yesterday was a long day, we were up for over 24 hours, coaches, flights etc but it was all worth it just to walk through the gates of Rustenburg Stadium.

The atmosphere was incredible the noise unbelievable. I was disapointed at the result. The problem with England is they seem to let in too many silly goals . We have a great team, one of the best. It's up to Capello to know how to use it. I'm sure he does. .

All in all an amazing experiance

World Cup Diary Pt 1

It's two days to go until England v USA! I can honestly say I haven't felt this excited in a long time. I can already feel the adrenaline and the buzz around me from other fans and I haven't even stepped onto the plane yet. My brother Mark is coming with me, he's older then me but definitely acting like an over excited kid. Ha who am I kidding, I am as well!

It's gonna be a long flight bet I won't even sleep. I will take pics and send over as soon as I can but until then lets all join together and support our wonderful nation.

COME ON ENGLAND!!

Pt2

My brother and I booked a car to take us to the airport, when it arrived the driver asked if we were in a rush and my heart sank! I thought we wern't going to make it. Bring on the M25 aka the biggest car park going! I ask for a little good luck, not one, not two, but four Magpies appear! We get a clear enough run to the airport. Now that's good luck. Magpies we salute you.

So I'm now at the airport and it's really busy! I'm through to passport control and we get stopped by the police for questioning. It's regarding football fans flying over to South Africa without tickets. My brother and I have tickets but we felt guilty..Damn police tactics lol. But we're through now. Thank God!

Enjoying the Sun!

Hey everyone!

How are you?

Hope you are all soaking up the sunshine with BBQ’s and sunbathing? Did any of you go to Radio 1’s Big Weekend? Whatever it is you're doing I hope you are enjoying yourselves.

I’ve been spending my days in the sun with my family and friends having BBQ’s and playing loud summer tunes and soul classics! I can't wait for the World Cup to start! I'm sooo excited . I'm gonna be at England's first match with my brother Mark, he can't believe it. It's gonna be an amazing experience. C’mon ENGLAND!! .

Recording of the album is almost there now and now I have the exciting job with Simon of choosing the first single, I can't wait, that's when my imagination runs wild with what the video could be! So exciting times are coming close and I'll keep you all posted.

Blog: Steak diet and recording my new album

Hi guys,

I’ve been absolutely out of it recently as I’ve been pushing myself to the absolute limit for this album. The training’s just become proper intense so it’s nice to have a bit of a rest today. I’m on a protein diet now: no carbs, no nothing. My trainer warned me that I might become a little bit moody. Great, that’ll be fun! It’s all right as long as I get a steak, ‘cause that’s all I can eat. No vegetables, no potatoes… If I want a snack I’ve just got to have stripped chicken or beef. It’s like a Rocky diet!

I did have an Easter egg though. I shouldn’t have done it but I’ve been so much into my training and I was sitting on my own at Easter and I thought I'd treat myself.

I’ve been back in the studio recently as there are lots more songs coming in. I’ve just had a great idea with a new producer I’m working with, so I’m gonna go there today and get that down – it uses a sample from a track from a long time ago. If that works and the record label like it then hopefully it’ll be on the album.

This time round there just seems to be a greater feeling about this record than before. Speaking to the record label, there’s just such a great air about it. They’re over the moon with a lot of the songs, and that inspires me to push myself harder.

The tracks are a lot more up-tempo than before, some mid-tempo and quite a few summer tracks, as well. I’ve always wanted to have a summer single. So that’s where we’re going with it. I think it’s going to be great.

Blog: Sport Relief and my aching legs

Hi guys,

Bit of sad news today. As some of you know I was looking forward to taking part in the Manchester Mile run for Sport Relief. But unfortunately I've knackered my legs in training and have had to pull out. I'm gutted. Right now I'm waiting for a masseuse to come round and sort me out - I couldn't even get myself down the stairs today, it's so painful. I go to the gym all the time but I was working with a trainer on my legs, doing drills and power lifting moves and it's just shocked my body.

I was hoping, since it's only a mile I could be pulled along on a skateboard or carried on people's shoulders, that would be fun to watch but I don't think it's allowed. Or since the run goes through Coronation St I could just stay in the Rovers Return with a pint, though I don't think the beer's real.

But I am really gutted I won't be able to do this for Sport Relief. Perhaps I could train myself up for the Marathon instead, I'd love to do that. I'd like to do it like Gordon Ramsay does it - full on. You can't do these things by half. God knows what my time would be, though.

Fingers crossed I feel better soon and I'm sure I'll have lots more to tell you when my legs are working!

Hey guys

Hope you're all good

So I was in Denmark last week with Cutfather and David Kopatz and recorded a wicked song. I totally gave my all and I'm looking forward to hearing the finished product.

Whilst I was in the studio lovely and warm, there was an actual blizzard outside and the whole place was covered in snow!!! Brrrrrrr.

After 3 days of hard work and a snow fall blizzard, I then flew over to Sweden and of course there was even MORE snow there and it was a lot colder.

In Sweden I was back with Quiz & Larossi vocalling a track which I believe is a huge song. It's so exciting being back in the studio and hopefully you guys will get to hear new stuff very soon.

Will keep u posted!

Hello everyone

Quick update on what I got up to last week.

I attended Chelsea footballer, Didier Drogba’s charity event. I really admire what he’s done to help people back in his home town. His ambition was to be a football player and his dream was to save lives. He has bought land in his country to build a hospital. This I admire so much! He was a great host on the night and greeted everybody there and thanked them for coming. I gave a donation to his charity to help build the hospital. I wish him the best.

I also went to Wembley stadium to play in an Umbro event. It was a lot of fun but really cold! I really can’t wait to play here one day. I imagine playing a gig here and hearing my name echoing around the stadium lol. Now that’s something to aim for!!

Ive been back in the studio with up and coming producer Shaid. He is a great guy and together I believe we can create something special.

How you doing?

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of the birthday messages! I am now 25 year’s old! Getting old lol!

I didn’t do much on my birthday this year . As you all know, a good friend of mine, Stephen Gateley, died last week and I attended his funeral.

I can honestly say Stephen was one of the nicest and kindest people you could ever meet. It was a beautiful service and the Boyzone boys did Stephen proud with their speeches and support.

You are forever in my memory mate. My love and thoughts are with Stephen's family

Blog: Manchester, BMWs and My Nephew's Christening

Hello everyone!

Just a quick update on what I've been doing over the last couple of days. I went home to Manchester and had a few meetings and also to visit family and friends. I attended my nephew Thomas's christening and myself and family had a great day and I'm sure Thomas did too. As you all know I passed my driving test, well I opened a new mini Lloyds BMW car showroom in Colne, Blackburn and as a thank you I was given a few BMW's to drive about in. First was a 1 Series white convertible and the next was a 3 Series red Coupe and until today I had a black convertible Z4...WOW! I was spoilt for choice. Now I'm on the hunt for my very first car - any ideas?! I'm back in London now and have a few A&R meetings tomorrow which I'm looking forward to so will keep you all posted. To all the fans who have sent and are still sending me Irish flags, thank you very much.

Hey guys

How are you all?

I've have had a fun couple of days so just thought I'd update you. On thursday I attended a charity event for sir Alex Ferguson and took part in my first ever game of golf with 18 holes . For a beginner I was Ok : )

It was a lot of fun and I'm sure there's enough time to improve. Later that night there was a dinner auction and live music which was great. I'm proud to say I bought something from the auction which I always do to help the charity it is in aid of. Alex ferguson was very down to earth and he was very happy that I donated to his charity. I think its important that you should give what you can and everytime I attend these events I always leave with something from the auction. I hope to help as many charities as possible.

I'm In london now and the weather is really good. I'm currently watching a gay awareness parade go by which is interesting. The place is packed.

I’m really sad to hear the news about Michael Jackson's death. It really shocked me. I still can’t really believe it’s true and that he was only 50 years old. He will always be remembered as a true talent and he was put on this earth to show us the gift he had. Rest in peace to a true legend.

Hey guys!

Had a great time at my auntie's house a couple of weeks ago, she lives in Liverpool, Also went to see my nanna, very FUNNY woman. Also had a top weekend at my uncle's place in London. Went to his gigs and stuff, brought back so many memories of when I was doing the pubs and clubs. Had lots of fun. But back to work now as usual and I'm in Syco Music getting groomed for a new TV music show which will hopefully get commissioned before Christmas, exciting. Well that's what I thought. Instead I was being set up for a Punk'd style hidden camera show by none other than Louis Walsh, ejit LOL! He got me good. I ain't gonna give anything away just keep ur eyes peeled. Gig is still on Cork 19th June. Still recording for the album and keeping in shape as much as possible. Which to tell u the truth is pretty hard when I'm at me mum's house. Hello everyone. I know time is ticking on and I bet ur all eager to hear my new material, believe me I can't wait to release it. I'm busy as usual but ain't forgetting about u guys.

I went to Stockholm last week to record an amazing track with Quiz & LaRossi. Was great to be back - I love the city and I'm looking forward to finishing the vocals - it's a great track that I'm really excited about. Ur gonna love it! I've also been spending time writing and recording with the amazing Xenomania - the guys behind some of Girls Aloud and Sugababes biggest hits. When I was recording with them I stayed in oldest room in the hotel nearby, the Henry VIII room - huge four poster bed, real old looking and I swear it was haunted! Was really spooky! Bring on Most Haunted, that would be mint!

I hope ur all well and are enjoying the sunny weather that we seem to be having. Just so you know my driving test is soon, little bit nervous but excited to hopefully be driving by next month. Come on get behind me I need the belief lol. I promise u all its not long now but it will be worth it trust me.

Hello everyone,

First of all apologies for not speakin to u all for a while. I have been preparing as usual for the next album. I'm so into it that I can't think of anything else at the minute, I want to get this right for myself and everyone.

I'm training hard and believe me it's hard work when you've got an instructor, ha he's putting me through my paces, but it'll all be worth it trust me.

How's your start to the new year? I think it's goin well quick, won't be long before album is finished and I'm ready to show u.

Hi guys!

Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year and you're prepared for '09! Big thanks to everyone who came to my shows in Ireland... I did my final gigs of the Breathless tour and it was amazing! I wish it didn't have to end, it was so much fun.

BUT I am very excited about working on my third album, which is due to be released this Summer! This is my year! With you guys behind me. I am meeting with potential producers this week to try to get even more songs down... I'm even thinking about putting a duet on the new album... all your suggestions are welcome!

Hey guys, hope you're all getting ready for Christmas!

...Tell you what, I've yet to buy any presents! I need to get a move on quickly though! Hope you are all well and looking forward to Christmas.

I'll be at home with my family in Manchester which I'm really excited about. I always love getting home, especially at Christmas! I performed at Childline at the O2 centre in Dublin the other night. It was great to be back on stage in Dublin and perform to such a fantastic crowd and to see some of you guys again!

Also really looking forward to my shows at the end of the month and to see you all there, it will be great fun!

An apology for Friday night

I would like to apologise to all of my fans in Northern Ireland for not being able to attend Children In Need on Friday night.

I was unable to attend as I had a commitment in England which unfortunately clashed time-wise and I was unable to make it back to Northern Ireland in time. I even tried to get a helicopter last minute to rush across for the end but I was told that they couldn't fly, believe me I tried everything!!

I hope to see you all soon at my Irish dates over Christmas. I will make it up to all of you and we'll have a great night at the shows!

America and Asia and a big hello to you all

Hi guys, hope you're all well and are getting ready for Christmas. It's amazing how quickly it's coming round again. I'm looking forward to it.

Can't wait to relax at home with friends n family on Christmas day, nieces n nephews going crazy running around. I'm getting excited. Tell u what, let me know what ur gonna be up 2 this Christmas on the Forum.

Just to update u all on what I've been up 2 recently. After I finished recording in America n Denmark I went straight to Asia for a tour. It was part of a growing idea which has been quite successful in America formed by Hennessey and the music industry. Title: THE GLOBAL ARTOF MIXING. It's about bringing different artists from around the world together: one stage, high class one-off shows. Wow. Loved it. I started off in Hong Kong then onto Taipai in Taiwan then flew across to Kuala Lumpur and finished off in Vietnam. Check out YouTube, and u may be able to see fans’ videos of my shows. I have a few more shows before the year is out so I would love 2 see u all there. Check out my page to get the dates.

More LA news!

Hey Guys,

I watched UB40 in concert the other night in LA, what legends!! Was a good night and I had really friendly people in front of me who kept offering me food and drinks all throughout the show, which was really kind of them!!

I'm still in L.A working really hard in the studio, normally start in the afternoon and work through the night, so my sleeping pattern is all over the place!

I hooked up with The Underdogs last week in the studio, they are the producers behind the massive hit 'No Air', the Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown duet. I'm really excited about this weeks work as well. It feels like I’ve been away for ages now, and to be truthful, when you're away for so long you don’t half miss home! Writing these blogs helps to keep me focused when I’ve got time to think about home and it chills me out. I'm really glad that I’ve got you guys to share my experiences with.

I’m so excited about all of the songs that are coming together for the new album and it just makes me want to work even harder on this record!! And I want to make sure that all of you come on the journey again with me!

Hello from LA!

Hey Guys,

I'm so excited at the moment. I've been at a writing camp in the amazing surroundings of Laguna Beach, California, with some big writers and producers from all over America and Europe.

Wow... a very productive week last week and am already working hard this week. I bounced between rooms vocaling different tracks... Some nights we had security knocking on our doors with complaints from other guests due to the music being too loud... nothing's gonna get in my way of a hit lol. I was buzzin with the results at the end of the week.

Hey Laguna is a MINT place to go to relax if u fancy it. In LA now and am back in the studio penciling down more tunes. Wait till you guys hear who I’ve been working with, it's CRAZY... More will be revealed shortly!!

I love LA and I’m seriously considering buying a place over here at some point. Everyday I spend a couple of hours in the gym working out as usual, seems everyone over here is buff so I need to contend with them!!

Went to the movies with a few of the guys last night and watched the new BATMAN film. WOW...what an incredible, action packed picture, defo recommend it to all of u... go now and get a ticket...well go on then! lol.

I'm going now to get some sleep so I’ll speak to u all again very soon.

Hey guys,

Still on a high from the tour, I had brilliant time and I hope you all did too. It was great to see the massive support at every venue I played so from me THANKYOU. No rest for the wicked though, I'm straight into writing and recording again. Just to keep you all up to date here's what I've been up to all this week.

Monday - started writing with Taio Cruz in his studio in London, top guy really down to earth. Great thing about it is that we're both on same level with what we want in music so it 's obvious ideas were flowing from the start! Look forward to u all hearing our stuff that we're currently working on.

Tuesday - back with Taio, finished a tune today...put it this way the smiles never left our faces ... it's a BIG TUNE !!

Wednesday - met different producers today called Futurecut. T hey are the guys behind Lily Allen's 'Smile' and Karen Poole who was in a group called 'Alisha's Attic'. I know Tundi from Futurecut already so it was pretty easy to get started. I wrote a song with Karen and it turned out to be beautiful.

Thursday - back with Taio and a few other writers. Will let u know at the end of today how it goes.

Hey Guys,

I'm in Manchester and on my way to Liverpool shortly for my concert there tonight. It's been such an amazing tour so far. I'm really pleased with the show and think that it flows really well. The audience reaction has been unbelievable! Thank you guys so much for showing me such amazing support when im up on stage... the cheers and screams are incredible!! It's also such an honour when you sing along with me to No Promises and Thats My Goal... it really makes me very proud!

I really hope that everyone who has been to the show has enjoyed themselves and I'd love to know what your favourite part of the show is.

I did my hometown gig on Sunday night at the MEN Arena and i was pretty emotional on stage! As you know I love getting time to go back home to Manchester so performing to such an amazing crowd with all my family and friends there as well was such a special moment for me.

Do you enjoy the Breathless part?!! I don’t want to say too much in case you haven’t been to the show yet and are waiting to be surprised!!

We worked really hard in rehearsals to make every aspect of the show as good as it can be and I hope I've done you all proud!! I really wanted the show to flow and keep the atmosphere as electric as possible. I have to say a huge thank you to my dancers, band and of course Phoebe who is an amazing vocalist. It's a real pleasure working with all of the team on tour.

After the Manchester show I spent some time with my friends and family backstage, then took them all out for a few drinks to celebrate! It was great to spend time with everybody together again and we had such a laugh!

Anyway guys, I better be going...gotta get ready for tonight’s show! Thanks again to you for your amazing support and look forward to seeing you at the rest of my tour dates.

Hey guys,

Can't believe how quickly time is going, the tour is just around the corner! I'm now fully in tour rehearsal mode and it's such a great feeling piecing everything together for the show, ready for you all to see the finished article!

Last night was a late one, I was filming loads of the VT packages which will be on the screens for different parts of the show. I don't want to give too much away... but I was in uniform!! Haha.

I'm so pleased with the way its all taking shape and I really can't wait for u to see it. For the rest of the week I’m holed up in rehearsal studios with the dancers and my band.

Forgot to mention that a couple of weeks ago I went to the HMV Football Nordoff Robbins Charity event which was honouring the legendary Manchester United forward Denis Law. It was a great night and I got to meet Sir Alex Ferguson which was truly an honour for me, as you all know I'm a big united fan!

Anyways, I better be going. I'll be back on soon to update you all.

Easter eggs

Hey guys,

I hope you’ve all had a great Easter weekend.

For me I’ve been hard at work but luckily I was still able to indulge in some serious chocolate time. Since I was a kid I have loved Easter, I still remember getting creative and making baskets full of hay with eggs hidden at the bottom for my mum – obviously I don’t do that now I’m grown up! I do still love chocolate eggs though (you are never too old for chocolate) and my favourite is definitely Snickers – I love love it!

At the moment I’m working with the team planning my upcoming tour. It is so exciting seeing it all come together – I can’t wait to share it with you all.

Surprise Chantel

Hey Guys,

We've added a few photos in the gallery from my visit last week to Great Ormond Street Hospital. it was such a wonderful experience meeting so many brave and talented young children who are a big inspiration to everybody around them. I really enjoyed the visit and I will be going back again in the future.

more tour meetings this week to nail down the creative of the show and the set list. it's coming along fantastically well and im really buzzed up about this...it's going to be a great show! Denmark promotion last week went really well and a big thank you to everybody in Denmark who made me feel so welcome. as you know I performed on their X Factor show and I get a great response to 'No U Hang Up'. more international promotion this month which im really looking forward to then it's tour rehearsals!!

Hi guys,

Hope you're well! The BRITs was a fantastic evening and I had a great time. I was sitting on a table with Louis Walsh, Amanda Holden, their guests and colleagues from my record company, it was a great table and we had a great laugh! The performances were fantastic, I thought Mark Ronson was superb but my favourite of the night had to be Sir Paul McCartney, when he sang 'Hey Jude' the whole venue was on their feet singing along!

Afterwards I went to the SonyBMG After-Party which was held at the top of the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in central London. The views were superb and you could see all across London. I made sure that I didn't have anything too serious in my diary the next day so I could enjoy myself!

I'm now up in Manchester just getting a few things sorted and seeing family and friends before I start more International promotion in March. As I've said before, it's really exciting to be so well received in other countries and I can't wait to see fans again that I met on the first album promotion and also meet new fans.

It's not too far now from the start of my Breathless tour! I've started work on the creative aspects and have been thinking lots about new ideas etc which could look really cool. I cant wait to get on the road again and see you all, it's going to be a great show!

Anyway, I'd better be off now. I'll be back on soon to update you all.

Long time no speak

Hi guys!

Long time no speak!

Hope you’re all keeping well and had a fun time at Christmas!

I had a great christmas – went home for a few days and got to spend some quality time with my family and had a few Christmas parties! Then after Christmas I went to New York for some sightseeing and shopping which was cool – It’s a great city and I really enjoyed it. We went to the top of the Empire State Building – the views are amazing but it was absolutely freezing!

Before Christmas and again after Christmas I went to Hong Kong. It was my fourth time there and great to be back. I did a few showcases and then went onto Shanghai for the first time and to Beijing for the second time. It was great to visit new places and meet new fans as well as see all my other fantastic fans again!

While I was in Hong Kong I was asked to be the face of a local brand, Izzue, this was the first time a Western person has been used in one for their campaigns and it was a real honour. I did a big shoot for them and they will be involved with the clothes I wear when promoting my album over there. It was amazing to see my face spread across the adverts on the huge billboards over there – which you can see in the new video on the site!

I’m off to Ireland tomorrow and after that I’m really looking forward to attending The BRITs next week to celebrate an amazing year of music. I will be there to support Leona 100%. To vote for her to win Best British Single and Best Breakthrough just head over to http://www.brits.co.uk.vote

Merry Christmas

Hi guys,

I'm now back home for Christmas and I cant wait to spend lots of time with my family and catching up with all of my friends! It's been such a great year with the tour, international promotion then into the recording and creative process of the new album. Getting back out on the road in the UK to promote both singles and album this year has been great and the success that they have had is amazing! The album is now officially platinum here in the UK and continuing to sell incredibly well and we are planning the international releases for 2008 as well as a brand new single here in the UK!... I'll let you all know what it is asap!

I have to say a huge heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who continually supports me. It means the world to me!

I hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and new years and I will be back in touch with you in early January with more updates!

Hi guys,

I'm out in Hong Kong and I made sure that today I could sit down and write you a message to say a BIG thank you for both 'Breathless' the single and album. The past couple of weeks have been truly amazing and having 'Breathless' go in as the highest new entry in the UK singles charts and then Breathless the album chart at Number 2 with such fantastic sales is absolutely fantastic. I’m delighted and cant thank you guys enough for your continued amazing support, it means a lot to me!

I did manage to have a little celebration out in Bangkok on Sunday night when I got the official album charts but I had to get a flight the next morning to Hong Kong so I couldn’t have a really late one!!

The trip out here in Asia has been incredible. The reception I got from the fans at the airport when I arrived was brilliant and the reaction to the new album has been great. On this trip I've been to Bangkok and am currently in Hong Kong. There have been loads of radio interviews, performances, press interviews and meet and greets. I fly back at the end of this week and will be back promoting in the UK before Christmas.

Again guys, I really want to say such a huge thank you for your amazing support and I'll see you when I’m back.

Hi guys,

This last week has been really busy. Regional radio promo took me all over the country seeing new places and meeting new people - which I always enjoy.

It was great to finally unveil the Breathless video here on the site and I hope you all like it. Thanks to everyone who sent in fantastic video ideas to Youtube - which you can see here.

They were amazing and I loved watching every one. It was really tough picking a winner, but I decided on Jodie Strong’s entry, which was based on The Sims computer game. It must have taken you ages to do Jodie, but it was brilliant. Your video will be on my official Bebo page for a whole week and I’ll also pop a load of cool stuff in a special goodie bag for you.

It’s amazing to have my second single in the shops now and my album on its way next week. It’s been a long time coming, but also feels like it’s gone really quickly. I can’t wait for you to hear all the new songs and you must let me know what you think on my message board.

Tonight I’m in Belfast switching on the Christmas lights, so see you there is you come down. I’ve been to a few towns so far this month switching on lights and it’s always such a great feeling seeing all those excited faces as the lights come on. I can’t believe it’s only five weeks until the big day! I’ll need to start my Christmas shopping before it’s too late!

Anyway, I hope you’re all well and aren’t letting this horrid weather get you down!

Hi guys,

Hope everyone's well. First of all I have to say how great it was to perform the world exclusive of my new single 'Breathless' on The X Factor. It was fantastic to be back performing on the show and see loads of old faces!

Let me know what you thought of the performance!

This week I've got loads of regional promotion which I always really enjoy doing....getting out to see everybody! This Friday night I'll be in Glasgow performing on Children In Need. Check the dates section of my website to see where I'll be.

I've decided on the idea for my album launch and we will be announcing details in the next couple of days! It’s going to be great!

I can't believe that 'Breathless' is only a week away from release with my album a week later. I'm really excited as 'Breathless' is such a great song, I'm really proud of it. You can also download it from this Sunday!

Finally, I want to say a big thank you to my fans who came down to Fountain Studios on Saturday to support me. It was great to see you and thank you so much for waiting outside afterwards it means a lot to me!

Anyway, I'll be back online soon to update you all!

Hi Guys,

Hows everything going? Hope all's well.

Im in at SonyBMG today doing loads of International interviews for Asia ahead of my planned trip and online interviews. I've also met a few of my fans here which was great to have a chat with them, play them some tracks and here what people are thinking...and im pleased to say it was all great feedback! I cant wait for you guys to hear my new album, it sounds fantastic! We will start to put out sections of the tracks shortly so you can hear what its sounding like to give you a taster!

Whilst i've been in SonyBMG i thought it was a perfect opportunity to come on here and update you on whats been going on.

The single cover for 'Breathless' is now confirmed so you will see that shortly. What do you think to the album cover? That was taken during the party set-up in L.A. I've also just heard the dance mix for 'Breathless' which is very cool and we'll be getting that out across the UK to all the clubs so hopefully you'll hear it shortly when you're on a night out!!

This weekend i've been invited as a guest of Manchester United to the match against Middlesbrough which i can't wait for. It will be great to go back to Manchester for the weekend but also cant wait to watch United at home! Sunday i'm flying to Dublin for a gig and then back to London on Monday.

Also, we are currently finalising the creative for the videoshoot so as soon as i have more information i'll let you know!

Let me know your thoughts on Breathless aswell, im really excited about it. It's such a great song.

a few days off

Hi Guys,

Hows everyone doing?
I've got about two minutes before im needed again so i thought id get online and drop you all a quick note!
I've had a few days off since my single was released. It was great to catch-up with my family and friends for a few days. I also did some recording, just to finish off the final track on my album...the whole album sounds great and im really proud...it sounds fantastic!
I did a load of radio interviews yesterday for the 'Beat Bullying' campaign which i am fronting this year. It's a really important issue and i want to help raise the awareness levels across the UK.
I was up at 3:45am this morning to travel to the airport to catch a flight, i always find it really strange getting up when it's night-time outside! Im now on a huge cruise-liner going around the Med doing filming with GMTV. Some of the places we're visiting are fascinating and im so excited about this as it really is a great trip.
I'll be back in the UK just before my birthday so i can get home to see my family and friends.

Anyway, i'll be dropping another note soon to see how you all are and let you know what im upto! Thanks again to all of you for your amazing support and keeping my single in the top 3 in this weeks charts...you are simply amazing.

Hey Guys!

I wanted to write you all a message to say thank you so much for all your support. You're quite simply amazing! My single has got to Number 2 with fantastic sales so I'm really proud. I couldn't have done it without you and you certainly are the best fans in the world! Also I want to say thanks so much to every single one of you who came to see me at my signings, it was great to see you all. This week I'm recording, finishing the album.....it's sounding amazing! I can't wait for you all to hear it.

mad busy

Hi Guys,

It's mad busy today up in the Midlands...Im doing an event for Heart FM Birmingham Nottingham. However I just wanted to post a quick note to say i cant wait to see you all tomorrow morning at the HMV store in Belfast. It's my first signing in Belfast so im really excited!
