As you all know we running our Shayne Quiz where every week we reveal another intimate fact about your favourite singer.
Last week we asked you what Shayne’s favourite type of food was and the answer was of course, ‘Home cooking. My mum’s meat-potato pie’.
This week we want to know…
If Shayne wasn’t singing what would he be doing?
- I would have gone to dance school and tried to be a dancer on stage or for a singer. - I would be a fireman. I think that would be really great. - I would still be working in music somehow. Maybe behind the scenes or as a writer.
hmmm............ is either 1 or 3. i thought he wanted to be a footballer. ? id probz say number 3 though cos he is a good dancer but i dont think hes so into it hed want to be a dancer.
Good question! However this one I'm not really sure on at all. I think it's either the first or the last, I could see Shayne wanting to go into dance so lets go with that one!
Bit of sad news today. As some of you know I was looking forward to taking part in the Manchester Mile run for Sport Relief. But unfortunately I've knackered my legs in training and have had to pull out. I'm gutted. Right now I'm waiting for a masseuse to come round and sort me out - I couldn't even get myself down the stairs today, it's so painful. I go to the gym all the time but I was working with a trainer on my legs, doing drills and power lifting moves and it's just shocked my body.
I was hoping, since it's only a mile I could be pulled along on a skateboard or carried on people's shoulders, that would be fun to watch but I don't think it's allowed. Or since the run goes through Coronation St I could just stay in the Rovers Return with a pint, though I don't think the beer's real.
But I am really gutted I won't be able to do this for Sport Relief. Perhaps I could train myself up for the Marathon instead, I'd love to do that. I'd like to do it like Gordon Ramsay does it - full on. You can't do these things by half. God knows what my time would be, though.
Fingers crossed I feel better soon and I'm sure I'll have lots more to tell you when my legs are working!
